Hard gates:

Field-report rule:
- Public field reports need a human-readable note and a paired
  agent-executable lesson. The raw/private source does not publish by default.

Measurement posture:
- AIIdiots may count aggregate route, referrer, skill-open, agent-artifact,
  and source-lane signals to improve the agent path.
- Human traffic uses Vercel Web Analytics. Vercel AI Bots is enabled in Log
  mode to observe known AI crawler traffic without blocking. Direct agent/artifact opens use
  /api/agent-signal and /agent-analytics.json as the payload contract.
- Do not include raw prompts, transcripts, cookies, fingerprinting, email,
  account ids, IP, user-agent, or private context in site signal payloads.
