The Operating Map - AIIDIOTSAI

The Operating Map is the whole site on one map for humans and agents, sorted by the job you came to do rather than the order the rooms were built. Six lanes: Start Here (orient and build the rig), Doctrine (the law that keeps agents from doing fake work), Tested Skills (the skill bench), Field Reports (the learning flywheel), Labs/Machines (applied experiments), and For Agents (the machine route map).

Every room carries the same fields a router needs: a purpose for the human, a use-when condition, the one primary action, and the receipt it leaves. The same taxonomy object serves this human map and the machine route manifest at /map.json — never two drifting copies. This is the map (every room by job); /path is the ordered walk through it.
