The product is not AI that answers clean prompts; it is AI that can survive contact with an actual person rambling. Treat the ramble as the input format, not a malfunction. Capture the thought before it evaporates, then classify the junk drawer into story, decision, joke that carries truth, doctrine or receipt, and exhaust.

Agent rule: do not demand a well-formed ticket before acting. Capture before structure. Preserve the live phrasing — the exact wording is often the signal. Separate private source material from the public-safe lesson, and publish only the lesson.

Failure modes: stalling until the human formats the request; losing good ideas while they wait to be well-formed; sanding off the joke and the truth it carried.
