The Path - AIIDIOTSAI

The Path is the build-up: one ordered walk from a person whose ideas outrun their tooling to a fleet that finishes the job. Shape: a trunk that builds the rig, a fork into the two outcomes the home page already splits on (automate / build), a summit where command of one agent becomes command of many, and a converge where both lanes feed the flywheel back to the trunk. Every station names the human condition — the wall you hit and the door past it — and routes to a real room, or an honest one being built.

Trunk: get an agent at all (install), give it a job (coming), make it stop forgetting (first brain; side branch: graph memory at gbrain), and stay in command while it works (informed command — the leap everyone misses; the architecture is the deeper room behind it).

The backbone is the triad: Informed Command is the doctrine; the Control Point is command of one agent at station 4; the Control Plane is the same surface at fleet scale at station 8. The walk is Control Point to Control Plane.

Fork: the Automate lane runs design the stack (build your harness; side branch: the human tools catalog), run it as a system (playbooks), and turn scars into doctrine (field notes). The Build lane is its own spine, a first pass through the agent-operability lens (can my agent actually drive this): read the ecosystem (who ships an API and is agent-friendly versus who fights you), know your tools (the field guide at /tools), and run the product loop (riff, deploy, user-test, refine, new surface, reskin). Summit: run a fleet, not an agent — the control plane. Converge: close the loop (for agents), where scars become doctrine become smarter agents become new scars.
