Run the Product Loop is the build lane's third region: make shipping a repeatable motion, not a one-off. It is a cycle, not a line — the end of one lap is the start of the next.

The six steps, each leaving a receipt and each with a failure mode: riff (capture the raw idea before it evaporates), deploy (ship the smallest real version live), user-test (put it in front of a real person and watch), refine (fix exactly what the test exposed), new surface (the refined thing reveals the next thing to build), and reskin (re-present what works for a new audience without rebuilding the spine).
