The Workbench - AIIDIOTSAI

The Workbench is the living half of the field manual: who is driving, and what is on the heat right now. Most of the site is the lessons after they cooled into laws; this page is the kitchen while it is still loud.

The operator profile is a working persona, not a headline: ideas faster than implementation (capture first, route later), YOLO with a seatbelt (build-rapid, secure-at-end), serious under the idiot hat (leverage without quality is noise at scale), direction not dictation (a cook is a seed, not a spec), and allergic to reduction (losing something good is the cardinal sin).

On the bench is an append-only, dated log with statuses: on the heat, shipped, parked, and became a law. An entry that looks old is history, not staleness; statuses change in place and nothing good is deleted. The machine-readable view is /workbench.json.

The flywheel: the fleet does real work, the work becomes scars, the scars become laws and field notes, and the operator works back from the site into the fleet. This page is that loop caught mid-turn.
